SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS All aerosol products are labeled and shipped ORM-D Consumer Commodity UPS ground. No Overnight shipments are available.
CONSUMER PURCHASES - All internet orders for consumer purchases are shipped Standard UPS Ground unless otherwise requested and specified on order form. Some UPS shipments may have additional handling charges assessed depending on area being delivered into (ie: Residential vs Business, City Limits vs Country or Saturday vs Work Day).
RETAILERS & DEALERS - At this time Masters Gun Care does not offer any Drop Shipments straight to your customer's door. All shipments are FOB our warehouse(s) and final destination must be your store front. Previous shipping arrangements must be made using your UPS account number or other LTL carrier. If paying by credit card, shipping may be added to your order at time of order confirmation. Ground UPS shipments only for all ORM-D Consumer Commodity items. Some UPS shipments may have additional handling charges assessed depending on area being delivered into (ie: Residential vs Business addresses or City Limits vs Country, Saturday vs Work Day).
WHOLESALERS / DISTRIBUTORS - At this time Masters Gun Care does not offer any Drop Shipments straight to your clients. All shipments are FOB our warehouse(s) and final destination must be your warehouse or Distribution Center. Previous shipping arrangements must be made using your UPS account number, LTL or other common carrier. If paying by credit card, shipping may be added to your order at time of order confirmation, otherwise all shipments are collect, pre-paid or billed to Customer's Shipper Account. Small orders may be shipped Ground UPS only for all ORM-D Consumer Commodity items. All palletized orders are shipped Common Carrier or LTL by specified carrier pre-determined before order is fulfilled.
Masters will not be responsible for any shipping charges or additional handling fees unless pre-determined and confirmed in writing.
Masters reserves the right to assess additional handling fee above and beyond actual shipping charges for small orders requiring special packaging or less than case quantities.
